WARRANTY INFORMATION

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

  1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED TO AERATE WINE.
  2. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not intended for use by children. The product is not a toy.
  3. Unplug Aerator from outlet when not being charged and before cleaning.
  4. Wash before first use.
  5. Wash by hand. DO NOT place Aerator in dishwasher.
  6. DO NOT IMMERSE Aerator in water. The Aerator is not waterproof. Do not place Aerator or USB charger near or in water or any other liquid.
  7. Do not operate Aerator when not in decanter or stand.
  8. Use caution when handling Aerator. The stainless-steel tube although not sharp can injure.
  9. Air dry in a safe location before placing in stand.
  10. Exercise caution when handling glass decanter. It is fragile.
  11. DO NOT drop the Aerator as it may void the warranty.
  12. Use only in 120 volt outlets.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Limited One-Year Warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser and may continue for up to one (1) year after that date. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferrable. Original sales receipt as proof of purchase is required for warranty. Please use the Vinovation O2 Wine™ Aerator as directed. It is intended only for aerating wine and only for use with 120 volt outlets.

Vinovation Canada Inc. warrants that your Vinovation O2 Wine™ Aerator will be free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal personal home use for one (1) year from date of original purchase. If you discover a defect, immediately email our Customer Service at o2wine.cheers@gmail.com. A delay in contacting our Customer Service may void the warranty. To have your Vinovation O2 Wine™ Aerator repaired, you must send us the product together with the original receipt showing the date of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt, Vinovation Canada Inc. will, at its option and acting in its sole discretion, repair or replace the product without charge to you. If a replacement product is necessary to service the warranty, the replacement product may be new or reconditioned. If the replacement is sent, it will carry a ONE YEAR WARRANTY from date of shipment.

This warranty covers manufacturer’s defects including mechanical and electrical defects. It does not cover and will be invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by damage from consumer abuse or neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Vinovation Canada Inc. or its authorized service providers, use of parts other than genuine Vinovation Canada Inc. parts, if any ancillary equipment is attached to or used in connection with the product, improper use of any electrical source, misuse or unauthorized use including use in a commercial setting, or damage due to transportation, shipping or environmental conditions or natural disasters.

This warranty further excludes damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, including damage caused by overheating, and it does not apply to cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, stains, discolouration or other damage to external or internal surfaces or other normal wear and tear that does not impair the functional utility of the product. The warranty is void if the Vinovation O2 Wine™ Aerator is modified in any way or tampered with, and does not cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, improper usage, storage or failure to follow instructions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. The liability of Vinovation Canada Inc. is limited to the cost of the repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
